ZCTOOL 04-19-2006 description
A Windows command-line utility that can be used to create or delete Wireless ZeroConfig profiles. This utility can be used in concert with ActiveDirectory to create a set of Wireless profiles for all users, or for Wi-Fi NIC driver testing, or to just automate the creation of Wireless profiles on any PC for any purpose.
ZCTool is very much like iwconfig in Linux. It allows you to configure the Wireless ZeroConfig supplicant in Windows from the command line. As far as I know, this is the only utility online that provides this capability.
