Bytessence MPxConverter 1.0

Bytessence MPxConverter is the small but more capable brother of AMVConverter. It is based on the same code, but it now is compatible with all players.
Moreover, this software provides an easy-to-use, wizard-style interface. The program kept all the features as its predecessor, mainly portable code, ease of use, speed and multilingual interface while adding extended conversion support.

Enhancements:
- Made all the paths relative (settings languages and log) for full portability
- Removed the useless window color
- Fixed the video remove action mixing colours in the video list
- Added multiple file selection feature so you can add more files with a single click
- Added estimated time of arrival column so you know how much time is left until a video file is converted
- The video options you last used are now stored in the settings file
- The program now remembers the position and the size of the main window
- Different profile files can be now chosen from the Settings dialog
- Added splash screen upon startup (it can be turned off in Settings)
- Added the French, Polish and Portuguese translations in the package
