GOM Encoder 2009/06/25 designed to rapidly enconde/convert AVI, MP4, WMV, FLV and OGM video files. The GOM Encoder software is an easy-to-use MP4, WMV, AVI and OGM, FLV converting (encoding) application. GOM Encoder does not guarantee that it can convert all video formats, and the following issues are known.

• Some cell phones may not be able to play videos encoded by GOM Encoder properly due to the cell phones video play issues.
• Some broken video files may be playable using video players, but once they are encoded, A/V sync issue may arise.
• For some WMV files, it may not be able to covert only a part of a video.
• Video files with the width not in the order of 4 can not be encoded.
