LEAD H.263 Video Codec

The LEAD H.263 codec is designed as a high quality lossy interframe DirectShow and Video for Windows.
It can be used for a range of applications including video-conferencing, Internet video or survelliance and monitoring. The LEAD H.263 codec is suitable for videos captured from cameras as well as video screen captures.
This video codec registers into the Windows collection of multimedia drivers and integrates with any application using DirectShow and Microsoft Video for Windows. Existing video software, such as Windows Media Player and Ulead Media Studio can utilize this codec to play, create, convert and edit.
