SubAdjust 1.56

The SubAdjust application was designed to adjust time in sub files and/or split the resulting file.
Main features:
- Adjusts time in SubViewer 2.0 & MicroDVDPlayer files (+ or - values)
- Splits SV2.0 files in 2 separate files with time adjustment of the second file
- [CUT] (split in 2 different files) or [CUTB]/[CUTE] (overlapping files) options
- Resulting sub file(s) can be either in MicroDvd or in SV2.0 format
- Converts SubViewer 2.0/MicroDvd/SubRip sub file to SubViewer 2.0/MicroDvd/SubRip/
- SSA (Sub Station Alpha) sub file
- Autodetects AVI frame rate
- Detects errors in SubViewer files
- Filtering : removes empty lines and text descriptions for deaf people
- Change Frame Rate
- Increase subtitles display time

Enhancements:
- Autodetection procedure introduced in release 1.55 is completely rewritten. Some rares cases lead to a infinite loop ending with a crash. Seems Hungarian *.srt sub files are often corrupt.
