Allows you to publish your videos for LMS, which is specially designed for creating web-based video courses. This software will allow you to convert videos in various formats (avi, mpeg, mov, asf, wmv, rm, flv) to flash movies.
You may import existing videos to WebVideo Author, or capture your own video by Webcam or DV. Not like other video to flash converter, WebVideo Author also empowers you to manage your video clips in video pane, organize the time sequence on story board, and even add effects to your videos.
Further more, you may add author info, and customize the player template as you wish. WebVideo Author also allows you to publish your videos for LMS, which is specially designed for creating web-based video courses.

Manage Video Resource
- Work with video pane, you see the struture of video clips on video pane
- Work with palyer pane, you can preview, cut off, take snapshots of video clips using palyer pane
- Work with Story Board, WebVideo Author allows you intuitively organize video clips with Story board.
- Resizing videos, you may crop, change the resolution or aspect ratio of video clips.
- Adding effects, there are 5 video effects that you can add to video clips. They are Gray, Black and White, White and Black, Negative, Emboss and Old Film.
- Changing video properties, you are allowed to change frame rate, bit rate and sample rate of video clips.

- Available Disk Space: 30MB for program installation, 10GB or above for flash movies
- RAM; 256 MB for basic, 512 MB recommended
- Video Card : Windows-compatible display with at least 800dpi x 600dpi resolution.
- Sound Card (optional): Windows-compatible sound card. Microphone and speakers are recommended for recording narration.
- Webcam (optional): Windows-compatible Webcam. It is required, if you want to record your own video.
- Macromedia Flash Player 8.0 or above (this is necessary for previewing flash movie)
