File Creator is a basic text application that will create and edit a file at the click of a button. File Creator is a basic text application that will create and edit a file at the click of a button.
Then you may paste the sample code into the text window, give it a name, and select one of eight buttons to generate the file.
For each button one of the following codes may be selected: htm, html, htc, css, csv, js, rtf and txt.
File Creator is pretty small, simple, easy-to-use and does not require any installation.
