Constructor 99 is a shareware HTML editor for Microsoft Windows 95, 98 or NT 4. It is code-based, that is you get to edit the underlying HTML code directly. This gives you much more control over the design of the page than WYSIWYG editors. However, standard code-based editor require you to remember all the HTML code that you need. Contructor 98 provides a wide range of wizards so that you can create a huge number of effects very quickly and simply. It closely resembles a word processor, as you can apply any font effect to the selected text using the standard toolbar buttons, while for more complex effects such as tables and frames you can use the provided wizard. Available wizards include: body tag, links, anchors, images, videos, symbols, styles, style sheets, tables, frames, forms, meta tags, horizontal lines, marquee, font, lists, comments and more.
