SWF Scout 2.41 is yet another great supporting utility for programmers. It is actually an ActiveX library for SWF flash movies generation from Visual Basic, Visual Basic.NET, Visual C#, ASP and ASP.NET.

2. 2 to 8 SWF format versions are supported. Library can also generate Flash Lite compatible flash movies;
