Utros Raduga is an useful color picking utility for professional GUI (Graphic User Interface) developers.

The software finds a great usability among Web, C++, Java and .NET developers. The results are provided in the three different, commonly used color formats that can be easily copied to the clipboard by a single mouse click or by pressing a hot key.
