Web Cal Plus 2.8.4  is a HTML solution used to implement a website calendar. There's no need for fancy SQL databases, Cold Fusion or PHP software (unless you need to use web events). This means that your website calendar is unhackable and it also means that your calendar is lightning fast. There's no database engine or server software to bog down or hack into ... your internet schedule is safe and secure. All of the HTML files are generated statically and uploaded to your server for viewing. Just check out the sample web calendars to get an idea of how versatile the web calendars look.

The free (unregistered) evaluation version of Web Cal Plus is not time limited and does not expire. The evaluation version of Web Cal Plus is limited to 200 events and the web calendars generated are branded with the Contact Plus Corporation web site. There are three registered versions of Web Cal Plus: Basic, Advanced and Enterprise.

Web Cal Plus is an HTML Calendar Generation system. Simply enter your events and Web Cal Plus will generate the HTML code. Attractive multi-color calendars including 12-month year calendars, single month and daily calendars. Includes recurring events, popup daily calendars, FTP upload, event cloning, holidays, filters, RTF format for beautiful calendar messages. Now includes lunar calendar with 8 phases of the moon. The Jewish calendar with Hebrew month names and dates are now supported as well as the Islamic calendar with Islamic month names.

Additionally your users can now import their events directly to their PDAs through the vcalendar interface. Now includes Shabbat candle lighting times, sunrise and sunset times. Cloak your email addresses imbedded in the calendar with this program. Great for keeping spam mail harvesters out of range. Unlimited number of calendars available for publishing. Users can optionally submit new events over the web to the web calendar administrator. Includes ability to upload to your website using built-in ftp client.

3. Multiple remote users for data entry
   • Advanced: the Advanced version can be installed on multiple computers and the events can be sent to the main web calendar publisher via email. Share web calendars with other users. Simply email the transfer files back and forth. Use the built-in duplicate checking ability to reduce dups. Should NOT be installed on a local area network LAN .
   • Enterprise: Same as the Advanced version except that if installed on a LAN, all of the settings are shared between users which eliminates the need to send data back and forth via email between users who edit the calendars on your LAN. 
4. Install onto a local area network for simultaneous data entry and data sharing.
   

   • Advanced: the calendar settings are all stored in the local windows registry on each machine thus there is confusion if attempting to share the calendars on a LAN (Local Area Network)
   • Enterprise: the enterprise version can be installed onto a shared folder on your file server and shortcuts pointing to the shared folder can be used by unlimited users. All of the settings are thus shared between each user and care is taken to lock event records for simultaneous editing.
5. Customize HTML templates
   • Advanced and Enterprise: needed if you want the  web calendar to appear in a custom frame or with screen borders of your own choosing. Requires a knowledge of HTML.
6. Multiple web calendars
   • Basic: unlimited number of web calendars  - with the limit of 400 events per web calendar. 
   • Advanced: Unlimited number of web calendars and unlimited number of events per web calendar 
   • Enterprise: Unlimited number of web calendars and unlimited number of events per web calendar 
7. Modify "Licensed To" tag. Licensed to you or your company - license name will appear on generated html pages.
