Run a telephonic survey over a Voice Modem and Common Telephone line. TelePool is all you need to run a telephonic survey over a Voice Modem and Common Telephone line.
Main features:
- Specify your Welcome/Survey options wave file which will be played when caller call your phone number
- Specify the number of digits to monitor (survey options)
- Specify the wave file to play after user press a digit to cast his vote
- Store the Caller ID and Selected option in a comma-delimited text file which can be imported in any database
- Advance thread management to avoid hangups and clean execution of software
- Specify the no response timeout to close the call automatically if caller dont press a digit or hangup
- FYI: Not every modem can detect Caller ID. If Caller id is not saved in the file then try some other modem which support caller id
- FYI: Not every modem can detect remote hangup. Thats why most of the answering machine softwares dont work nicely on modems. To avoid this i used the no response timeout option.
- FYI: This software will give you options to choose from all available TAPI supported devices on your system included VOIP H323 Line device but this software is not designed for VOIP. So only choose the modem device.
- FYI:(Important) Use "PCM 8.00 kHz, 16 Bit, Mono" wave files. If you use wave files of anyother format, It may or may not work with your Voice Modem.
