Perfect for handling alarm from other programs, thanks to the autosending feature and the possibillity to start the program with commando line arguments. Text2GSM can also be used for Bulk sending (Information services, Client updates, Adverts etc).
Text2GSM is an application for sending messages to GSM phones and pagers. The possibility to start Text2GSM with argument and the Autosending function makes this application very useful in alarm and security systems.
It can also be used to automaticly check for incoming e-mails waiting on Mailservers (Internet e-mail) and alert to the phone.
Text2GSM can also be used for "Bulk sending" (Information services, Client updates, Adverts etc).
Messages can be sent through Internet or by a modem direct connection with a GSM operator with a dialup SMSC (SMS server) that use the UCP or TAP protocol.

- Autosending. Let Text2GSM check for existens of files in a folder. When the folder contain files, those will be sent out. The recipients can be specified in the file or the files can be sent to default name (or group) in the phonebook.
- Text2GSM can be setup to check for E-mail on a POP server. It can then send the result (number of mail waiting and the sender of the mail) to the phone.
- Starting with arguments. It´s easy to send message from other applications by starting Text2GSM with arguments. Arguments are: operator, recipient (up to 40 or a existing phonebookgroup) and message.
Version restrictions:
- Text2GSM is fully functional but with some limitations, e.g. startup is delayed 20 sec, you can only save 4 phonebook records and so on. It has a 30 day trial period.
