WebCam Looker 4.1 offers you a great tool which can allow you to monitor and broadcast images of your home/office to internet or mobile phone.

On movements inside or around of your property program immediately alarms (by sound, SMS, email with attached image, Skype, network messaging, external application execution, area blinking, uploading to ftp or web server). The precise motion detector can watch for different zones of any shape.

You can record favorite TV-programs, make daylight snapshots, or monitor at evenings/weekend using scheduler. Stealthy monitor your computers screenshot and cameras as live-stream or review history of records by password from Internet using any Internet browser. Add to your images a text, time stamps, images or watermarks. Scale and rotate images.

1. Unlimited number of video sources: The sources can be applied:
   • web cams, TV tuners, video cameras, video capture cards and devices connected through them;

2. Movement detector

9. Dynamic IP services
   
   • allow to register your IP address at special dedicated server to be able to access your computer, even if it has no fixed (static) IP address;
   • allows to access your computer, even, it is inside firewall or gateway (has no external IP address).
10. Internet Dialer
    
    • allow to dialup (connect to) the Internet only when motion detection or periodic event is occurred to send an information to Internet (sms, email, ftp upload, etc) and break connection on finished;
    • allow to keep permanent internet connection, with reconnecting if it is dropped, to access your computer (and build-in web server) anywhere from Internet.
