Word Kards 1.1 description
Word Kards is a widget which will let you view a Dolch sight word on an index card from a list of 220 words. Click on the left and right arrows to display the previous and next words. Click on the word to hear it spoken and/or spelled aloud. Clicking any where else on the Widget allows you to drag it around.
Dolch sight words are used by educators to help people learn to read. These are critical reading words that cannot easily be sounded out. The only way for a beginning reader to deal with these words is to memorize them.
