XOOPS is an extensible, OO (Object Oriented), easy to use dynamic web content management system written in PHP.

System requirements:
- NT4 Users: Youll need to download and install the Tahoma font from Microsoft (if you dont already have it) for Shareazas user interface to look correct.
- Windows 95 Users: As well as the Tahoma font, Windows 95 users require the Winsock2 Update (from Microsoft) for Shareaza to work correctly.
