Free 2.52 software for windows

Ted is a simple little text editor. Its primary use is currectly to provide a cross platform editor control for my main application Scribe but Ive released it as a stand alone editor as well.
Ted is a software that allows you create and edit text documents.
Its not designed to compete with other text editors, as there are many others that are far better, but hey its open source and free so people could [theoretically] write any features they needed into it.

A43 is a freeware file management tool for Windows 2000/XP.
Main features:

TrayBar is a new utility with a high potential. It is the best FREE program launcher available for the Windows platform.
You can add programs, folders, etc. Using TrayBar application you will be able to create sub menus in wich you can place even more programs, folders and separators.
You can also specify how you want programs launched: minimized, hidden, maximized, or in a normal state.
