Free 200k software for windows

This open source program is by far the most perfect telnet/ssh program I have ever seen. It is a super small download (only 200k!) and has a whole slew of options you can tweak. The window resizes properly just by dragging the lower right corner, unlike many other win telnet programs. It has simplistic and intuitive user interface, and I see absolutely no reason why you would buy some crappy shareware telnet program when you could get this for free. My only disappointment is no install program, but its easy just to throw this exe somewhere and make a shortcut on the desktop.
