Free 3.31 software for windows

mtPaint 3.31 is a free painting program letting you to easily create pixel art and manipulate digital photos, which you can freely use, modify and distribute it according to the GNU General Public License. Currently mtPaint is maintained by Dmitry Groshev.

mtPaint uses the GTK+ toolkit (version 1 or 2) and runs on PC's via the GNU/Linux or Windows operating systems. Due to its efficient design it can run on older PC hardware (e.g. a 200MHz CPU and 16MB of free RAM).
By default it is in the English language, but there are also translations available for other languages such as Spanish, Czech, French, Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese.

   • Apply various effects such as invert, greyscale, isometric transformations, edge detect, sharpen, unsharp mask, soften, Gaussian blur, emboss, bacteria.
   • Use gamma correction on effects to improve the quality of various effects.
   • Crop at the touch of a button.
   • Resize the canvas.
   • Rescale the canvas, enlarging or reducing, using several filter methods.

D?KiBulle is a free audio player for windows XP, windows 2000 and windows 98 provided under a double license GNU-LGPL / CeCILL-C !
One of the special features of D?KiBulle is to use directly the arborescence of the directories in which are stored audio files to be very quickly able to select the songs of an album or an artist.
The interface is sober and simplistic to priviliger the toughtlessness and the speed of application. D?KiBulle is normaly made to be launched automaticaly at windows start and to go in taskbar. It can also be used as a classic audio player once the audio files are associated to it.

MemPad is a note taking and plain text outliner program that comes with a structured index.
The program offers standard editing functions including cut, copy, paste, undo, date/time insert, drag&drop, and supports Web links as well as network and local file links (full path not required) and internal page links.
The index structure can be modified with buttons, context menu or hotkeys.
Cut&paste functions and quick node moving.
MemPad always saves data without prompting (when closing Mempad or opening another file). Optional auto save (every 4 minutes).
Automatic backup (can be disabled by option); restore last backup, reload file.
Search through all pages or within a node; continue searching forwards or backwards.
Word wrap mode, Read-only file handling, page locking (global or individual); page memory stack to jump back after visiting other pages.
Options include: Custom font, Background color, Minimize to System Tray, Always on top, ESC shortcut to quit or minimize.

MemPad operates in file environments (by extension and/or directory), each with its own INI file. No Registry entries. File/Open menu within a chosen file environment; optional "New Window".
