Made by Neowins own SentientPC, the WinRAR GUI Patch provides users of WinRAR 3.40 with an entirely new interface based on icons created by Foood.

The main function of this application is to remove Outlook Express (OE) from the taskbar while still having it run in the background.
When OE is hidden it will still be checking for email at the time specified in your OE settings. This is perfect for those who like to leave OE open all the time (or for a moderate amount of time) and want some taskbar room back! More options will be added in future builds.
Enhancements:
- Ability to double click the programs system tray icon to toggle between hiding and showing Outlook Express.
- Create new email accounts from within the program as well.
