xls2csv 1.32 offers you a powerful and versatile converter from XLS (Excel) to CSV format (character/comma delimited).

Program can call with three parameters:

1. Required first: full path to xls
2. Optional second: to determine the character encoding [default value = utf-8]
3. Optional third: the number of columns in conversion, starting counting from the first column [default all cells with data]
