Each wizard in 4TOPS Data Analysis has a separate well defined task. The Summary Assistant: provides statistical information such as totals, counts, averages and frequencies. The Search Assistant lets the user define and apply filters to select the data you are currently interested in. The filters have the power of full SQL but the user does not need to know its syntax. The reporting wizards can than be used to present the results in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. These reporting wizards support templates, charting and have several document processing features such as automatic naming, storage, printing or e-mailing. 4TOPS Data Analysis and Reporting is ideal if you are using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access.
