MaxTo 9.2.1 is a powerful, professional and multi-featured tool. This is a small Windows program that divides your monitors into regions. When you maximize a window, it will no longer fit the entire screen, but only the region it was maximized into. Your windows are neatly organized into the grid you have defined when they are maximized. MaxTo has been described as a tiling window manager.
MaxTo is light-weight, and works on both 64-bit and 32-bit versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista. The .NET framework version 2.0 or higher is required (preinstalled on Windows Vista).

A revamped tabbed browsing feature lets the user view multiple pages in a single browser window, therefore eliminating the need to minimize and restore many windows. If ever you wish to keep GeBin 9 out of the way, simply press Ctrl+1 or press the Send-to-Tray button, and GeBin will minimize itself into the system notification tray! Double click on the GeBin icon to restore GeBin. - select linear, logarithmic and root scale of diagram columns

The utility uses color coding to present size information, so bigger elements will be indicated with red and smaller one with green. It supports also localization so youll be able to make it speaking your native language.
In addition, the utility saves parameters of its appearance between sessions and can be controlled with command line parameters.
