Napis Maker 2 makes it easy to create a subtitles to movies. It will create a subtitles in format: HH:MM:SS: Program was written in C++ using .net framework 2.0 so it needs .net framework installed to run.
The default program language is Polish so if you want to change it into English you must step following: Run a program, Select Ustawienia then choose Jezyk from menu. And go to program path, and go to subfolder lang and select eng.lang.
To create a new line of subtitle click on Translate when the actors says something, then wait at the end of sentence and click Actor stop talking and type into textbox translated text. After that click on Done. That's all you need to create a subtitles for your movies.
