GCS Budget is a useful tool and was created to help you keep track of daily expenses. Click on the yellow Budget grid box until it opens and enter the monthly budget. Then click on the Expense Type, subType (if needed), and Cost columns and enter the necessary data.
The current date will automatically be entered in the Date column and the balance will be calculated in the Balance column. The No. column will not be updated until the program is restarted or until the Renumber menu item is pressed.

Copy selected entries from any lists in the program to the clipboard for pasting into other applications such as Word or Excel.
3. Category and payee management is simplified with the ability to easily merge together two budget categories or two payees at any time. Relocate budget categories and payees in the tree view with simple click-and-drag operations. Backup your Account Xpress files automatically with the new backup feature. Enhancements:

• After repositioning a sub-category as a main category in the tree view using a drag-and-drop operation, the Category pick list is not always updated accordingly in the Transaction Details dialog. Version 3.7.2 fixes this problem.
