Xiiris engine is being built on top of RetinaX, a managed DirectX game engine library that is being developed along with the game. RetinaX features scene graph based rendering, 3d sound support and ui framework.
Xiiris runs on Windows (i386) machines and requires 3d hardware acceleration card with DirectX support. We have not yet figured out the minimum requirements.

Youngsters, couples, and seniors; joggers, walkers, and strollers make their way across the coastline. Tweets and chirps fill the air as more birds dance about the rushing waves to pick up an early breakfast. The breeze gently lifts your spirits as you sit down for a second, barely dozing off....
When you realize that you are just sitting in front of your computer, not lounging outside in Daytona beach. But you wish you were there!
