The HDD restored would work just as a brand-new HDD: There will be no bad sector,and it could be partitioned and formatted at your will.
PLS note that you will lose the original data on the target HDD after you apply this program to the HDD. Therefore, make sure you backup your valuable data to another HDD before the restoration.
