Window Minimizer is small tool that allows you to minimize to the System Tray and restore each of the desktop window by clicking system menu item or pressing user-defined hot key.

Window Camera is a programmers utility to easily make screen shots of a window. Windows are displayed in a list; just enter a file name, choose a window, and the screen shot is there in BMP format. Delphi 5 sources are included.

This tool allows you to "pin" a window to the top of all other windows.
The idea for this tool arose when I had to do a documentation for some program. Instead of repeatedly switching from one window to the other I thought it helpful to have my word processor staying in front of the other one...
When the program is running an icon appears in the Taskbar Notification Area, next to the time display in the lower right corner of the screen.
