Binary Hearts 1 provides common functions for a short visual novel with branching paths created with the Ren'Py Original English Language Visual Novel Engine by Pytom. It is a remake of the Dual Hearts Kinetic Novel with completely new artwork and presentation styles and multiple endings. This is Radical Dreamers 2002's fifth ren'py title.
The storytelling is much more straight-forward and probably more suited to mainstream audiences than my other ren'py title Wings. The skeleton plot for this story is taken from a songfic that I wrote long. This short, condensed story contains elements of dating sims, shoujo and action anime.
