BootTimer 1.0.4

BootTimer 1.0.4 has the ability of copying itself to a temp folder on the system drive, thus it let you run this from anywhere. This modifies the Boot.ini (makes backup then restores on reboot) And UserInit loading. Use at your own risk.
A Higher Boot Score typically means faster overall boot (its not based on 1-100). Boot score may need some work but in testing with various fixed results it worked out well. Highest possible boot score is 250 but I doubt anyone will ever get that.
Results Explained: All times are calculated from the same Start Time; the Start Time being the time the boot log is created, which is right when drivers and services are loaded/started.
- Boot time is time it takes drivers and services to load (similar to the BootVis timing);
- Desktop is the time it takes to display my app (seems to be the same from one PC to the next);
- Userinit waits for userinit.exe to exit.
Userinit deals with login, network connections. Score is based on the Boot time and Userinit.

Boot ChoOSer 1.2
Boot ChoOSer is a simple tool that will help you manage Windows NTs multiple boot manager from inside Windows more>>
Without Boot ChoOSer, switching between operating systems requires being present -- and paying attention -- as your computer reboots, so that you can select the correct OS from NTs boot menu. Set the delay too low, and you might miss it; set it higher, and your computer takes longer to boot. And if youre using an operating system that was not the default at boot time, a computer restart will boot back into the default operating system, which can wreak havoc with installation programs and Windows NTs crash-recovery features.
Without Boot ChoOSer, switching between multiple installations of Windows 9x is not even possible without manual editing of configuration files before you reboot.
With Boot ChoOSer, one click does the work, and your computer will restart into the chosen OS without any further input required. The new OS will remain the default until you again change OSs with Boot ChoOSer (of course, you can still select a different OS at boot time).
Main features:
- Sets reboot timer to 5 seconds to speed unattended reboots
- Can change default OS (for next boot) without rebooting
- Boldfaces current default operating system (so youll know which one starts after an unattended reboot)
- Fits on taskbar (to conserve screen space) if available; still works if not
- Manages multiple OSs listed in BOOT.INI (for the Windows 2000/NT boot manager) and MSDOS.SYS (for the Windows 9x boot manager)
- Hotkey for quick access
