When writing a confidential email, entering sensitive data (such as your password) in a web form or performing other actions you would prefer nobody to watch, you can go different ways:
- do nothing;
- close the active window, consequently losing all data entered in it;
- reboot the computer and lose yet more data;
- use Boss Key to instantly hide the active window.

Boss Joker is a software that hides in the background of your computer, and pops up after a predetermined time with a joke about your boss, teacher, father, bigger brother, or even your self. For example your bosss name is "Mr. Jack" your jokes will be like:

"Mr. Jack can divide by zero."
The software stays hidden and no one can close it, unless YOU want to, so you can configure this to run on startup and plant it on a colleague computer, school computer, or even Mr. Jacks computer!
To unhide the software just press "Scroll Lock", there you can select the Bosss name. You will even be able to adjust the time time between jokes, and whether or not to launch the program on start up.

Instant Boss will also keep track of how long you have worked today and how long you have worked since you first started using the program, and lets you know just where you are in your work cycle.
Instant Boss can be paused in case of unavoidable interruptions during both the work and break periods.
Instant Boss minimizes to your taskbar and closes to the system tray. It will continue to run from the tray, reminding you when to work or when to take a break.
For power users, there are command line parameters you can use to preset values for when you run Instant Boss. You can either use these from the Windows Run dialog or use them as shortcut targets to make running with different configurations easier and faster.
