That can be done with two different ways. You can adjust your favorite settings (such as full screen option) through my program and save them or you can create manually a bsplayer.ini file and let my prog load the video file?s settings from that ini.

Most avis are suported. Avi2dvd supports all the avis that are supported by divxmux (made by the divx networks).
- Supported Input subtitles:
Avisub support srt/txt textual subtitles as input. It also supports visual vobsubs (idx/sub).
Usage:
- Load your avi.
- Just load your srt. At this time the program looks the width of every textual subtitle in order to fit it on the video screen.
- If the srt loads correctly then just press the "Generate Subbed Avi", otherwise try to edit the srt or just pick a smaller font (ex font size 21). The conversion takes only 5min !!!
Tips:
- AviSub seems to freeze on during the conversion but this is not true ! Just wait for a while...
- The subtitles on a few pcs even with the divx6 codec seems to be invisible. Just disable the subtitles [off] and reselect them . This trick seems to work !
- Under Windows Vista the progress bar does not work always well . Just wait till avisub finishes the conversion.

INSTALLATION

After the unpacking stage, the installation system may display some configuration windows for particular filters.

WARNING:
If you got the next message during installation or uninstallation:
"Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000." then you must delete the SystemS3ivx folder.
This error caused by 3ivx Codec is some rare cases. Currently we are working on it, but if you can help, do not hesitate write to me.
Temporary sollution is that the installer does not install 3ivx Codec. If you do not have this kind of problem you may install this codec.

The aim of this project is to provide the most complete implementation of the xiph.org codecs for Windows and Directshow. This includes decoders and encoders for all the xiph.org formats as well as annodex. It is released under a BSD license, so they can be used by both open-source and commercial applications.
Besides the directshow filters which many people are familiar with. The source distribution also contains many useful tools, for debugging and validating ogg files, which build on multiple platforms. There is also a .NET media player class which can basically provide an "instant" media player in any .NET application, as well as an early implementation of an apache2 module which can provide server side seeking (currently only of annodex files, but soon also ogg files)
Installation
Uninstall any previous version of these filters.(This is important!)
Go to add remove programs, remove oggcodecs
Make sure media player or any directshow applications are closed.
Run the installer.
