Free building a vocabulary software for windows

If you are learning any foreign language, from an elementary level up to a more advanced level, you may well have vocabulary lists to learn. This Freeware (for non-commercial use only) program may well help. Heres how:
* It presents the list in a random order.
* It remembers your mistakes and concentrates on them.
* You have to copy correctly a wrong answer to continue.
In this way, were confident that there is no faster way to learn new word lists.

Any language may be used, but the software includes word sets for French, Italian, Latin, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish, plus a set for GRE (Graduate Record Examination) study. Grammar tools are available for French, Italian, Latin, Russian and Spanish. It runs on Windows, Linux or Mac OS X.

Major Features:

1. ProvaLingua training tools are based on the premise that you will learn words best if you study them in small, preferably related, stacks. Therefore, it's recommend that you limit the size of each stack to 25 words, perhaps dividing larger lists into parts. (There must be at least eight words in a list to use the quizzes.)
2. While the software does include existing stacks, it is best to type in new words using the Add Stack or Edit Stack tools, even if you could also import the data from an existing file. This is because the act of typing the words provides you with a first exposure to the words.
3. Once you have entered your desired vocabulary words into a stack, it will appear on the main listing as "Unattempted". This means you haven't begun learning it yet. If you choose to study this stack, you will enter the Learning Phase. After you have successfully learned the stack, the status will change to "Learned". If you then choose to study the stack, you will proceed to the Mastery Phase.
4. Once you have mastered the stack, the status will change to "Mastered", meaning you don't need to review it. Once the stack expires, the status will change to "Expired" - this means that the stack needs to be reviewed. Studying an expired stack will start you in the Mastery phase.
5. In addition to the Learning and Mastery phase for learning vocabulary words, there are a few additional tools including grammar tools, which are each detailed in the documentation sections to the right.
