Chop 0.2b comes as a practical and high quality batch-mode jpeg image resizer that is designed for those who don't want to carry around anything heavy or complicated. By default it resizes all .jpg files in the folder it is run from to 25% size and 75% quality and puts them in a separate folder named 'chop' leaving the original files unchanged.
You may adjust size and quality settings through its command line interface, for example: c:> chop -q80 -s50Which will chop all jpegs to 80% quality and 50% size. Quality is specified in % from 0 to 100 and size is specified in % from 1 to 1000. For sizes of 12%, 25%, 50% and 100% a faster and higher quality resize is performed.

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup fresh chopped flower blossoms
Directions:
In a bowl place a cheesecloth where the edges are hanging over the bowl. Fill with 1 cup of flower blossoms of your choice. Pour water over the flowers until they are completely covered. Cover and let sit overnight. The next day pull it out of the bowl using the edges of cheesecloth and gently squeeze the scented water into a small pot. Simmer the water until about 1 teaspoon is left. Cool and place into a small bottle. Making perfume this way has a shelf life of about 1 month.
Some suggestions for flowers: Lavender, Lilac, Orange Blossoms or even Honeysuckle. Anything that is highly fragrant works best.
Enchanted Scent:
Ingredients:
2 cups distilled water
3 tablespoons vodka or ethyl alcohol (which you can find at just about any pharmacy). Do not use rubbing alcohol as it will ruin the scent.
5 drops everlasting essential/fragrance oil
10 drops peony essential/fragrance oil
10 drops sandalwood essential/fragrance oil
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together, shake well. Place in a dark color bottle. Then allow the perfume to settle for at least 12 hours. Store in a cool dry area.
