SSI (Server Side Includes) is a special form of HTML comments (known as SSI commands or directives), which direct the web server to replace these commands to something other.

For example [an error occurred while processing this directive] directive is replaced by the contents of the file file_name.

Also SSI supports variables, insertion of the current date/time, and more. SSI helps to avoid duplicate fragments in HTML files. (So, it can be used for easy insertion of such repeated things as navigation bars, copyrights, info for search engines, and like. It avoids the need of changing many files when such a repeated fragment changes.)

But SSI works only in the case of the special support on the server side. But this program, Client Side SSI, allows you to convert files with SSI (SHTML files) to plain HTML files.

This can be used both for testing SHTML files before placing them to a SSI-enabled web-server, for converting a SSI web site to a non-SSI site (note that not all web-servers support SSI and that non-SSI web sites work faster), and for developing plain (non-SSI) HTML files with the power of SSI.

The program has a GUI interface. Command line interface support is planned for a future version.

Side-by-Side will do just that. It puts two code files onthe screen next to each other so that the simple job of comparing twoversions of the same file might be made that much easier.

SBS Explorer handles Windows Explorer (the OS file manager) from the system tray.

Click to open one centered Explorer.
Double-click to open a pair of side-by-side Explorers.
Use the Menu Builder to create custom Explorer configurations in the context menu.

Each session (single or side-by-side) has its own tray icon.
Click icon to hide or show session, independent of other windows on screen.

Windows Explorer is an excellent file manager. But when you navigate to the same location over and over again, you wish you could do that easier. SBS can start with Windows. You click its icon in the system tray, or choose from its context menu, to open Explorer sessions.

The Menu Builder is where you customize the context menu. Add SIDE-BY-SIDE or SINGLE sessions. An alternative way of using SBS is to add a collection of SINGLE sessions (the most frequently used) to the context menu, and when a SIDE-BY-SIDE session is needed, just open two of the menu sessions into a consolidated SIDE-BY-SIDE one.

Sessions have each a tray icon. From there, close, minimize, restore, resize, bring-to-front a session. Minimizing removes Explorers from the taskbar, to avoid clutter. No more lost Explorers among other windows, as sessions now own them. Close a session and it will close its Explorers. Or bring it to front. You may close Explorers manually and sessions update themselves automatically.

Unicode/UTF-8 is supported.

Side-Effects lists the most commonly prescribed Drugs and their side effects. Side-Effects also lists side effects of Herbs, Vitamins, Minerals and Food items. Side-Effects does not suggest to either use or not use any specific drug, herb, or nutrition.
This program does not require registration. It is perfectly free for your use, unless you decide that you may want access to more drugs and the side-effects for herbs and nutrition, which only comes with registration.You should find most of the most commonly prescribed drugs listed in this Shareware version.
