Color Cube provides a 3D visualization of all colors in an image more>> This plugin provides a 3D visualization of all colors in an image. Colors are represented as RGB-values, hence each color corresponds to a point in color space. Histograms, although useful, represent only projections of the full 3D color distribution, hence important subtleties may remain hidden. The Color Cube plugin helps in detecting color clipping etc.
Color Cube lets you select a rectangular region or the entire image to be analyzed. You can spin the color cube and view it from any angle you want. You can also select the background color. Remember that Color Cube is an analysis tool, it will not alter your image.
Version 4 adds an "Opacity" slider to vizualize the 3D color density.

Colour Picker is a small application that allows you to manually pick whatever colour you want. more>>
This is a very simple application used to pick a colour from a window on the desktop.
Just start the program and move the mouse over the area you want the colour of and click.
The colour is then presented in Web form ready to be copied to the clipboard.
The preceding hash sign can be turned off to make it easy to copy the value to other graphical editing programs.
Use the mouse to select the colour from the screen. Double click the colour box to copy the value to the clipboard (or use the toolbar button).
When selecting a colour pressing and holding Ctrl will cause the app screen to fade allowing selection of a colour through the window.

It also allows you to specify a background image to be used, and various browser-specific tags. You can start from scratch, or you can import the document attributes from an HTML document. You can pick from a pre-defined colour pallet, specify the red, green and blue values individually, or snag the colour from any image or window you have open. At any time during the colour editing, the equivalent HEX value is always visible and ready to be copied to the clipboard for use as you please. Once you have finished, the resulting HTML body code is available to view and copy to the clipboard, or you can export the code to an HTML file.
