CheeseMouse 1 is described as an easy-to-use yet functional application which was created primarily for fun, but it might prove useful if your mouse clicks don't work properly.
Basically, CheeseMouse simulates mouse clicks on your computer. You move your mouse as you normally would, but you press the CTRL key on your keyboard to simulate a mouse click. If you hold it down, 64 clicks per second of either the left or right mouse button (left and right clicks correspond to the left and right ctrl keys on your keyboard).
And since 64 clicks per second isn't usually that fun, there is an optional n00k mode that allows you to toggle (again, with the control keys) ~2500 clicks per second. Just for fun, you could try enabling n00k mode and moving your cursor across your desktop.

TS-MIDI Editor allows you to correct the results of automatic recognition. more>> TS-MIDI Editor allows you to quickly and effectively correct the results of the automatic recognition (for example, by TS-AudioToMIDI). The editor is designed similarly to a Piano Roll, i.e. the time axis is located horizontally, and different positions on the vertical line correspond to different pitches. Among the functions of TS-MIDI Editor, there are functions like adding/removing notes; changing pitch and duration; playback of the result. Furthermore, Note Editor allows saving intermediate results as special files (.tsme). The editor lets you play a fragment of the MIDI file, therefore, allowing you to remove erroneous notes, which could have appeared during the recognition process, piece by piece.
For your convenience, the editor has several operating modes. In the editing mode ("Edit Tool") you can move the notes, change their duration, create new notes ("Create notes" option) and also "glue" together the notes, erroneously divided by the automatic algorithm ("Glue" Option). In "Delete Tool" mode, you can quickly remove the unnecessary notes at once. At any time, you can play the entire composition or the assigned fragment, at a normal or slow speed.
One of the useful TS-MIDI Editor features is the ability of temporarily muting the notes. In this case, the muted notes are displayed as colored boxes and do not sound at playback. That way, you can evaluate the editing results, with some specific notes muted or enabled.
Additional editor features include the scale selection, editing of the color scheme ( "Edit Color Scheme"), editing a specific notes attributes separately (velocity, duration, channel, track, patch) as well as the attributes of the new notes by default and the MIDI files properties. Calibre was designed to be a e-book library management application. Calibre is meant to be a complete e-library solution and thus includes, library management, format conversion, news feeds to ebook conversion as well as e-book reader sync features.

- Library Management
Calibre is primarily a ebook cataloging program. It stores your ebook files in a database along with easily editable metadata describing each book. It is designed around the concept of the logical book, i.e. a single entry in the database that may correspond to ebooks in several formats.
Calibre support sorting the books in its database by:
- Title
- Author
- Date
- Publisher
- Rating
- Size (Max size of all formats)
It also supports extra metadata fields that can be searched on:
- Series: The series that a book belongs to
- Comments: A general purpose field that can be used to describe the book, add notes on it, etc.
- Tags: A flexible system to categorize books. You can tag any book with any custom tag to indicate subject, read status, category, etc.
The database view also supports filtering by searching on the metadata. You can perform advanced searching on individual metadata fields by clicking the advanced search button to the left of the search bar.
The books in the database can be saved to disk using the "Save to disk" button. All selected books are saved in a folder structure organized by Author and Title.
You can fetch metadata for a book based on its ISBN number or its title/author, instead of manually entering the metadata. You can also fetch a cover image based on the ISBN number.
- Format Conversion
Calibre supports conversion from (HTML, LIT, RTF, TXT, PDF(simple text+few images)) to the SONY ebook reader format LRF. An graphical interface to the conversion software can be accessed by clicking the "Convert E-books" button.
The commandline access is via the command any2lrf. The conversion is very powerful and supports advanced typesetting features like tables, dropcaps, inline images, embedded fonts, etc. Full documentation of the features of the conversion software can be found at Conversion to LRF.
- Syncing to E-reader Devices
Calibre has a modular device driver design that makes adding support for different e-reader devices easy. At the moment, it has support for the SONY PRS 500/505. Syncing supports updating metadata on the device from metadata in the library and the creation of collections on the device based on the tags defined in the library view. If an book has more than one format available, calibre automatically chooses the best format when uploading to the device.
- Fetching News
Calibre can automatically fetch news from a number of websites, format the news into a ebook and upload to a connected device. At the moment there is support for generating LRF ebooks. Supported news sites are:
- Newsweek
- New York Times
- The BBC
- The Economist
- The news fetching subsystem has a modular design, which makes it easy to add support for more sites. If you are interested in adding support for a site, read the User Manual. Once you have created a recipe, consider sharing it with other users by attaching it to User Recipes.
- Viewing E-books
Calibre has an inbuilt viewer that can display LRF format files, so you can look over a recent conversion before uploading to the reader. It supports all the features of the LRF format, except dropcaps.
Enhancements:
- Rationalize settings system. Unfortunately, this means you will lose most of your stored settings (Except the conversion defaults and the database location). Please spend a moment restoring them.
- Improve font size rationalization (thanks to llasram). The new algorithm should be more consistent. However, the change means that some of you existing base font size settings may no longer be appropriate.

Selection of GSL Headwords According to Phonetic and Orthographic Criteria more>> Ichos-GSL targets the General Service List, allowing educators and researchers to carry out relatively sophisticated classifications of GSL headwords according to phonetic and orthographic criteria.
The database is composed of the 2,300 transcribed forms of the 2,284 GSL headwords and includes syllable boundaries as well as primary/secondary stress information (the extra 16 transcriptions correspond to words that have different pronunciation due to part of speech and/or meaning). The dialect model employed for transcription is North American English and where alternative pronunciations for a word are available, the one deemed more frequently used has been selected. The choice of dialect is arbitrary and exclusively based on convenience (ours, in particular, as we manufactured the data for an earlier work).
