Deus Ex - DTR 3 mod is created with an aim to supply a grapple gun for Deus Ex. It has the same mesh as the mini-crossbow, and there is no ammo so you can use it over and over again. Just fire and hold the fire key to reel yourself in.

In order to use the rainMOD, in your map you have to add several rainMaker objects. These should be added by right clicking on the _CEILING_ not the floor. The rain drops fall from these rainMaker classes, so they need to be high up. The rainMakers have three important porperties to set: RainDensity--this should be a value between 0 and 1.0 and the higher it is, the more rain that gets generated; MaxDrops--this can be used to limit the amount of rain that falls from one rainmaker. This can easily be left as the default of 256 for most cases.
If you need to reduce the rain in order to improve performance in an area, then decrease this number; CollisionRadius--if you switch the overhead view to Actor->Radii view then you will see the outline of the radius of the rainmaker. This is the radius used to determine where each rain drop may fall.

You can summon the new crossbow which takes the modified ammo by doing 'summon DTRII.ProxMiniCrossbow'. The first type you get by 'summon DTRII.AmmoDartProxLAM'. This is a dart which after sticking into a wall, arms itself and will explode when an enemy walks within range of it.
Exactly like sticking a LAM to a wall. The second type you get by 'summon DTRII.AmmoDartProxGas'. This is another proximity dart which explodes into several clouds of tear gas. The third type you get by 'summon DTRII.AmmoDartProxNapalm'. This is a dart which sticks to a wall, arms itself and then explodes into a ring of fire which instantly sets anyone within range on fire.

This is an explode-on-impact dart which 1/5 as powerful as a LAM. The third type you get by 'summon DTR.AmmoDartTimedExplode'. This is a dart which sticks to a wall, beeps for 3 seconds and then explodes with 1/2 the damage as a LAM. It's good for taking out security cameras.
