Free digital image processing software for windows

The best thing about it all is, its open source! Coded in C#, you can download the source code, and edit it to your liking. If you are going to redistribute, please make sure it abides to the copyright. Some useful features are not included in the current version of iplab, but there is another open source application that has accessories that you may want to integrate with IPlab.

Luay's Digital Image watermarking 1 is a utility helpful to embed a hidden watermark into images, or to extract existing watermarks, the image to be watermarked should be a 1024x768 BMP, while the watermark image should be a 512x512 gray scaled BMP.

BIMP is a small and simple batch processor for image files, that allows you to perform various functions on multiple images.

A small tool to visualise different graphic processes. It was written as a final year project in Visual C++. It loads in pictures and allows the user to apply different filters by choosing the coefficients as well as the matrix size.
