Online Photo Frames is a totally free PHP software tool designed to do two things: 1) Add very cool frames to images, code, flash movies, or whatever else is on your web page and 2) Do it without requiring a big extra download for your web site visitors. These frames utilize CSS to insure that your visitors dont have much extra overhead.
