The Distribution Counter application was designed to count the occurences of bytes. This mean you can findout how many times a "u" occurs in a file. The tool can be used to replace bytes by others (for ex. to translate code pages).
The advantage of the tool is its speed (only the display is slow (1-2 sec), because I was too lazy to make it faster) and that it should handle files up to 2 Gb in size.

The command line switches to encrypt are
E.g.: C:\r7 -a -b -c -d -e "filename.txt"
and the command line switches to decrypt are peachtree complete
E.g.: C:\r7 -a -b -c -d -f "filename.txt"
The 4 key numbers following the -a -b -c -d switches should have the values between 10000 and 99999. They are the entry seed values and are used instead of the common password protection method. Cyphering strength is high due to use of hashed number table based on 4 function rundom number distribution. This routine was written by the authors wish to try to improve message privacy while sent across the networks. Division remainders distributions are tested in the following 4 ways for number choice :<<less
