SpectraScan is a little helper program for those unlucky persons, who dont get their spectrums in an appropriate computer readable format, but on dead tree.
This SpectraScan will allow you to convert a variety of spectrum types into a comma separated value format, a format which is suitable to be loaded into Excel or a statistic program.
Another feature is the ability to scan the axes of a spectrum. In the image below two points for the x-axis have been marked with the x-scale button.
Now it is possible to get the value of each point on the x-axis. In the image below the absolute minimum of the curve lies at 3385 units.
To export a curve everything what is not curve has to be removed. This can either be done by manual clipping, or manual erasing non-curve points.
Or an image filter can be applied. The image below shows a clean curve, which is ready to be exported.
More documentation can be found in the help menu of the program. The program development is in beta stage.
There still might appear small changes in the userinterface and maybe a couple of minor features will be added, however, the main line of development will be the development of filter plugins.

For those who do not know, Greeklish is an inventive way to write greek using latin letters. Lack of support for greek characters has made Greeklish quite popular for some time, especially in e-mail and IRC. Today, greek support is embedded (or added externally) in most operating systems and thus Greeklish is not used as extensively. E-Chaos can convert from Greek to Greeklish and vice-versa. It supports the Windows clipboard and the interface language is selectable, between Greek and English. It is written using Rapid-Q.
Note: some antivirus utilities report Rapid-Q executables as infected, while others, like Norton Antivirus, do not complain. Apparently there is no virus at all, but probably a conflict with the way Rapid-Q compiles its output. I never had any problems in my computers developing and running Rapid-Q programs, nor had anybody else. I certainly wont accept any responsibility if something bad happens, but I find it highly unlikely.<<less

JAP Anon Proxy provides the functionality to surf the web without being observed. This means that neither the requested server nor any observer on the Internet can know which user has viewed which web page.
JAP has to be installed on the users computer to allow him to surf the web anonymously and without being observed. This is necessary since all requests and all of the servers answers have to be sent not directly to the web server, rather via a so-called Mix Cascade. These mixes are interposed stations, and all messages are directed through these stations.
Since many users make use of the anon service at the same time, the internet connections of each user are hidden among those of all the other users. Every user could have been responsible for any connection. Nobody, no outstanding person, no other user, not even the operator of the AN.ON service can determine which internet connections were requested by a certain user.
