   • SoundPackager is a fairly straight forward program. It simply packages up Windows sound schemes to make it easier for people to share them with each other as well as create them.
   • Ever since Windows 95, Windows has focused less and less on letting people change the sounds of Windows. Today, it is fairly tedious to change your Windows sounds.
