DivXLand Bitrate Calculator 2.8
DivXLand Bitrate Calculator is specially designed for calculating audio and video bitrates more>>
Tips
Recommended settings to use for a decent quality encoding are:
- MP3 constant bitrate, at least 112 kbps
- Avoid using video bitrates lower than 750 kbps
If you want to find out the current audio bitrate of a movie, open the Windows Explorer and right-click on your movie. Select Properties. At the second tab you should see the file information, and somewhere there should appear the audio quality. (for example, 128 kbps).
Regarding video resolution sizes, for movies it is recommended to use an horizontal resolution of 640 pixels with the corresponding equivalent of vertical pixels.
Languages included: Czech, Dutch, English, Farsi, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Romanian

URL Escaped Encoding Decoder 1 is a software equipped with the ability to decode the Escaped-encoding URL. Escaped-encoding is the standard of representing characters within a URI that may need special syntax handling to be correctly interpreted. It uses a sequence of three characters to encode the character to be interpreted. This triplet sequence consists of the percentage character followed by the two hexadecimal digits representing the octet code of the original character.

Calculate the bitrate to use when encoding to VCD, SVCD, DivX, XviD, DVD and lots of other formats. more>>
BBC should be able to calculate the bitrate to use when encoding to VCD, SVCD, DivX, XviD, DVD and lots of other formats.
Basically BBC wants you to input a video length and how large you wish the encoded file should be. BBC will then calculate the bitrate to use so the encoded file will be as large as you specify.
The bitrate has nothing to do with the format you wish to use, nor does it matter what frame size you use. This also applies to the sound. It doesnt matter what format you use, just make sure you use the same quality as specified in BBC.
