EXIF Date Changer 1.1 allows you to compensate for incorrect camera settings, or different time zones within seconds. Exchangeable Image File (EXIF) data is stored within JPEG images.

Almost all digital cameras record and store the cameras settings, scene information, date/time the photo was taken etc within this EXIF data. This information can be really useful when it comes to sorting and viewing your camera up to date.

While traveling this rarely happens, making the date/time values useless. EXIF Date Changer modifies the date and time attributes of the EXIF data in your photos.

A small tool designed to extract image information from EXIF/JPG files EXIFRead application was designed to be a small tool that willl extract image information from EXIF/JPG files.
Many new digital cameras (including the Nikon Coolpix 900, Fuji MX700, Kodak DC 260, and Minolta 1500) create image files that store information about the image and the camera that took it. Information about shutter speed, aperture, focal length is typically included.
EXIFRead will extract and display all the information that it finds in the file. The information that EXIFRead displays can be copied to the clipboard and saved as a text file.

Image Dif is a C++ application which will display the differences between two pictures.
Image Dif calculates those differences at pixel level or region level.

Most digital cameras store loads of meta-data within the image files that they create, these data make up the EXIF standard.
They include things like the exact time the photo was taken, the f-stop, the flash setting, etc. I wanted to view this information as part of my online photo album, but I couldnt find an EXIF library that exported to TXT and HTML, so I wrote a small application around Drew Noakes raw extraction library.
I guessed that it would only take me a day or so to clean it up to a releasable point, so I went ahead and did it. You can browse my API to get a feeling for what is in there.
How Do I Use It?
The Windows users have to double-click the "EXIF-O-Matic.bat" file. If a window appears and then vanishes, you might need to download the latest version of Java.
All users should keep an eye on the status bar at the bottom of the window, it gives instructions and feedback about what is going on.
Its pretty simple:
- Choose File->Open to load an image and view its EXIF tags
- Click the "Export File" button to save a text or html version of the tags
- Click the "Process Folder" button to export the tags of all the images in the same folder
