EXIF Viewer can display EXIF information in JPEG files coming from digital cameras. This version is based on Eric M. Johnstons "exiftags" EXIF parsing code.

Exif Farm - software for viewing, creating and editing EXIF information.

Being integrated in the system, the program gives an access tsyso Exif data in most of applications.

For instance, to view or edit Exif data in Explorer just right-click on the file you need then choose "Preferences" in the pop-up menu then go to the "Exif Farm" tab in the opened window.

Limitations: Batch editing is available only in the registered version. Trial version shows nag screen.

Exif Reader allows you to view the EXIF information contained in pictures taken with digital cameras.

In addition to the standard EXIF JPG format, it also support several additional formats, including AdobeResource, TIFF/EP, CRW (Canon), NEF (Nikon) and many others. The program does not offer many image viewing options, other than a thumbnail display, however it provides detailed EXIF data, that can also be exported to CSV file.

You will estimate at its true worth this new handy utility if you deal with digital photos. Why? Because now you get the most efficient tool for managing them through extended information.

Every digital photo has some extended information, like ImageDescription, Model, Orientation, Copyright, Flash, ExposureTime, UserComment. Its not shown by ordinary viewers. These parameters of the photo are just the ones EXIF Viewer deals with.

The utility helps you to sort, move or copy photos by this photo metadata. Print the list of only those photos that were horizontally made. Or select those with certain exposure. Or you may want to create a .xls or .htm report where every photo is supplied with extended information (EXIF).

If you want to master your photos in full measure EXIF Viewer is the thing you need.

EXIF Viewer supports JPEG, TIFF and RAW Formats (CRW, CR2, NEF, PEF, RAF, X3F, RAW, BAY, ORF, MRW, SRF, MRW).

Mihov EXIF Renamer takes all the images in the first folder and looks for the EXIF info in them.

This EXIF info is put there by some digital cameras and includes main useful information, including the time and date when the picture was taken. The program reads this time from the picture and adds it in the front of the file name.

This way you can have many pictures from different cameras (and different names), that would normally be sorted by camera, not time, and can sort them by time.

It is possible to select which information will be added to the file name. The user can select each or any of the following: year, month, day, hour, minute, second and the original file name of the image file.

Proxel EXIF Tool is a free and useful Photoshop plugin that can display EXIF (and other meta information) of a file. It is used from the filter menu in Photoshop.

It is a GUI based upon the fantastic Perl::ExifTool by Phil Harvey. From this tool you can get lots of more information than is possible using any other tool we know of.

You can search and filter the information.

Installation:

Two files need to be copied to install the tool.

A. Copy the file "perlexiflist.pl" to "$binexpexiflist.pl".

B. Copy the file "windowsexif_tool.8bf" to "$photoshoppluginsProxelexif_tool.8bf".

NOTE one example of a path to Proxel Photoshop plugin is: "C:Program FilesAdobePhotoshop CSPlug-InsFiltersProxel"

JPG EXIF copy provides the user all exif information found in a digital picture. This information can be easily viewed and managed using JPG EXIF copy.

Have you ever deleted images from your digital cameras memory card and needed them afterwards? In spring 2003 I ran into that problem after processing some images using a buggy shell script: About 35 of those files were gone and of course (remember Murphys Law) I had deleted the cameras memory card before ...

I found out how to restore the images using a hex-editor, but it turned out to be pretty tedious. This was the moment when the idea for Exif Untrasher was born.

Exif Untrasher enables you to recover trashed digital camera images.

This application was developed and tested with a Nikon Coolpix 4300 on various systems from Mac OS X 10.2.6 up to 10.4.3. Users reported successful restoration of images taken with the following cameras (some of which were connected using an external card reader):
