- Database at a Glance ? The schema treeview displays all items contained in a database, including tables, columns, indexes and triggers. Press F5 to update the schema tree, double-click a table or view to display its data, use the context menu for frequently used commands.
- Grid Cell Editing ? Table cells are editable in the grid: Display a table via the schema treeview, select a cell and press F2 to invoke the editor. Then modify and confirm to write your changes back to the table.

- Compact Result Storage ? The internal data storage mechanism uses SQLites native data types for optimal compatibility. As a result, SQLiteSpy uses far less memory than other SQLite managers and handles large tables much more efficiently.
- Built in SQLite Engine ? SQLiteSpy comes as a single file executable with the SQLite database engine already build into the application. There is no need to distribute any DLLs, which makes SQLiteSpy easy to deploy with customers.
- Encryption Support ? SQLiteSpy can read and modify encrypted database files generated by DISQLite3. DISQLite3 implements its own native AES encryption which is not compatible with the commercial SQLite Encryption Extension (SSE) or any such implementation offered by other 3rd parties.
- Easy Install & Uninstall ? To run SQLiteSpy, just extract the SQLiteSpy.exe file to any directory and execute the file. No installation is needed ? when first started, the program creates a single file SQLiteSpy.db3 (a SQLite3 database) to store options and settings. It does not write any other files or to the registry. Uninstalling is as simple as deleting two files only: The applications executable and its options database file.

Handle is targetted at searching for open file references, so if you do not specify any command-line parameters it will list the values of all the handles in the system that refer to open files and the names of the files. Handle can also take several parameters which modifies this behavior.
usage: handle [[-a] [-u] | [-c ] | [-s]] [-p | > [name]
-a
Dump information about all types of handles, not just those that refer to files. Other types include ports, Registry keys, synchronization primitives, threads, and processes.
-c
Closes the specified handle (interpreted as a hexadecimal number). You must specify the process by its PID.
WARNING: Closing handles can cause application or system instability.
-s
Print count of each type of handle open.
-u
Show the owning user name when searching for handles.
-p
Instead of examining all the handles in the system, this parameter narrows Handles scan to those processes that begin with the name process. Thus:
handle -p exp
would dump the open files for all processes that start with "exp", which would include Explorer.
name
This parameter is present so that you can direct Handle to search for references to an object with a particular name. For example, if you wanted to know which process (if any) has "c:windowssystem32" open you could type:

The name match is case-insensitive and the fragment specified can be anywhere in the paths you are interested in.
When not in search mode (enabled by specifying a name fragment as a parameter), Handle divides its output into sections for each process it is printing handle information for. Dashed lines are used as a separator, immediately below which you will see the process name and its process id (PID). Beneath the process name are listed handle values (in hexadecimal), the type of object the handle is associated with, and the name of the object if it has one.
When in search mode, Handle prints the process names and ids are listed on the left side and the names of the objects that had a match are on the right.

A function can be typed in with code completion: click with the mouse on the green display and type with the keyboard. Type s and press Ctrl+Space and see what happens. This behaviour is called code completion.
Code compeletion also works for built-in (predefined) constants. Type m and press Ctrl+Space to get a list of atomic weights (remember m like masses).
A atomic weight constant begins with a m and ends with its element symbol. Sample: mCa for Calcium, mS for Sulfur. Type mC and press Strg+Space and see the list of all elements which starts with an C.
Physical constants are also predefined. The prefix is p. Press p and Strg+Space to see the list.
All constants and function can be selected (and inserted) via the menu. Click on the menu button to open the main menu. You will see the sub menus Functions, Vars and Constants. A function, variable or constant will be inserted at the current place (cell) by selecting the menu item.
Click on the = button or (while editing with keyboard) press Strg-Enter to stopp editing and recalculate all expressions.
At the right side of the green display you see variable names. Normaly the name is f1, f2 and so on. Each value of an expression is stored in a variable. These variables can be referenced in other expressions like f1 * 1.16. (You have the possibility to rename a variable by clicking on it.)
