FileNote is a little shell extension that allows you to add textual descriptions to your files. FileNote is a little shell extension that will allow you to add textual descriptions to your files. It adds one command to the shell context menu of a file object. This command lets you easily edit or create a text file that has the same name as the initial file, but with the extension TXT.
For example, if you have a file, MyImage.jpg, you right-click on that file and choose the FileNote command from the context menu. A new text file called MyImage.txt is created and Notepad is opened to edit that text file. If a text file with that name already exists, it will be opened for viewing/editing.

ErrorDesc application is a an easy to use command line tool that will allow you to see the human-readable descriptions associated with each error codes and supports decimal and hexadecimal (ie. 80 = "The file exists", 0xC0000005 = "STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION").
It also allows you to see ranges of error codes such as 85 to 87 (as seen in the following screenshot), which is useful considering there are tens of thousands of error codes!

It parses the now deprecated NFF 3D scene description files. It supports only wire frame and flat shaded monochromatic renders. Since there are plenty of great 3D model parsers in the world, I am no longer working to improve this program. Included in the source code file are a few NFF files. The read me file contains the scene navigation controls (mouse dragging and keys).
