The Distribution Counter application was designed to count the occurences of bytes. This mean you can findout how many times a "u" occurs in a file. The tool can be used to replace bytes by others (for ex. to translate code pages).
The advantage of the tool is its speed (only the display is slow (1-2 sec), because I was too lazy to make it faster) and that it should handle files up to 2 Gb in size.
