24U Plug-In AutoInstaller removes your pain from using plug-ins in a multi-user environment. This utility simply automates installation, registration, and updates of all the plug-ins you use in your multi-user FileMaker Pro solutions. The MoveMouse Plug-In for enables you to automate mouse clicks and text typing in or outside of FileMaker Pro.

In FileMaker Pro s ScriptMaker you can add as many events as you like to perform long complicated computer tasks.

24U SimpleHighlight Plug-In is a sample FileMaker Pro plug-in project based on 24U FM Template. Its purpose is to highlight text and rectangular areas with a user-defined color. The version 2.0 newly also generates pictures from numeric data.

24U SimpleHighlight Plug-In was created thanks to the collaboration of 24U Software and New Millennium Communications, Inc. A copy of 24U SimpleHighlight Plug-In was distributed with FileMaker Developer 7 and FileMaker Pro Advanced 8.0.

24U SimpleHighlight Plug-In is now both open source and shareware! A complete commented source code for limited free functionality is distributed with the plug-in, while additional advanced features can be unlocked for a fee after 14-day trial period. Registration is not required to use the free functions.

24U SimpleHighlight Plug-In implements two color highlighting functions:
· X24uL_Highlight finds all occurrences of a search string in a text and highlights them with color and/or style as defined either in Preferences or via function parameters. Previous formatting of the text is preserved.
· X24uL_SolidColor generates a color rectangle using color, and optionally also opacity, specified in the function parameters. The resulting image may be placed directly into a container field via the plug-in.

24U SimpleCode Plug-In addresses two main text encoding issues for solutions migrated from FileMaker Pro 6 to FileMaker Pro 7 and above. It fixes text that was previously incorrectly converted to Unicode, and also allows you to use old-style FileMaker Pro 6 compatible plug-ins with non-English languages.

With 24U SimpleCode Plug-In, text encoding issues are no longer an excuse for not upgrading to FileMaker Pro 7 and above.
